Bhrami (Bacopa monnieri) is useful in managing anxiety due to its anxiolytic property. It’s considered an adaptogen herb which helps increase your body’s resistance to stress. It may reduce the symptoms of anxiety and mental fatigue while increasing memory span. Brahmi may also prevent neuroinflammation (inflammation of the nervous tissue) which is responsible for anxiety and stress leading to sleep disorders.

Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi) has Nidrajanana (sleep inducing) effect and works as a good sedative which helps induce sound sleep by calming the nervous system. It also calms down the brain and manages anxiety as well as insomnia.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root in combination with Jatamansi, works well to improve the energy level and lessen the symptoms associated with a sleep disorder like irritability, depression and stress.
